As computing becomes more ubiquitous in our objects, designers need to be more aware of how to design meaningful interactions into electronically enhanced objects. At the University of Washington, a class of junior Interaction Design majors is exploring this question. These pages chronicle their efforts.

Dan | Stephen \\ Knolled

We knolled a VHS rewinder. It was mostly comprised of mechanical components with a small motor and mechanical sensors. A small LED light acts as an indicator that is notified by a small computer board with some resistors but beyond that very little computing is involved.
